- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice (thawed and water squeezed out)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
- Habanero seasoning (optional, for extra spice)

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin pan with cooking spray.
