1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Sugar-free chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate for topping (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with coconut oil or non-stick cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms. Be careful not to overmix.

Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
