Keto Creamy Chicken Bell Peppers


For the Creamy Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Bell Peppers:

  • 2 large bell peppers (any color you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

    • Flip the bell pepper halves and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly charred and tender.

    • Place a few slices of cooked chicken inside each bell pepper half.

    • Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken-filled bell peppers.
