INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, blend heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  2. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once frozen, the mixture will become stiff. In order to achieve desired consistency, before serving, spoon-mix the mixture until you have a Frosty-like consistency.
