Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 24 oz beef broth
  • 28 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
  • 2 taco seasoning packets
  • 4 oz salsa
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Meat and Vegetables:
    • In a large pot or a multi-functional electric pressure cooker like an Instant Pot, sauté the ground beef, diced onion, and diced bell pepper over medium heat until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
