- Ground beef,
- rotel,
- green chilies,
- red onion,
- salt,
- pepper,
- minced garlic,
- onion powder,
- chili powder,
- cumin cooked together.

Instructions:
- Put meat mixture into tortilla and sprinkle with cheese of your choice (I used Colby jack).
- Brush a scrambled egg around the mix and fold in half.
- Press edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush both sides with oil (I used vegetable).
- Sprinkle a little garlic powder, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes.
