Keto Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 1lbish fresh shrimp ( or frozen ) Sprinkle liberally with @flavorgod Italian Zest set aside

  • 1 pkg @greatlowcarb fettuccine

The Alfredo


Custom Keto Diet

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream ⠀⠀

  • 3 tbsp butter⠀⠀

  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan ⠀⠀

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic⠀⠀

  • 1/2 tbsp @flavorgod Garlic Lovers⠀⠀

  • 8 leaves of fresh basil minced⠀

  • Salt pepper to taste, we use @flavorgod Pink salt and Peppercorns

Heat up that cast iron and get a pot of water boiling.

  1. Get the pasta boiling first, it takes 20 minutes and the shrimp literally takes about 5 minutes.

  2. In a med saucepan melt the butter. When melted add the minced garlic. Let bloom for a few minutes. Add the cream, heat to a simmer, add the parmesan and stir in. Add basil and Garlic Lovers. Stir in and let simmer on low.


Custom Keto Diet

  1. Just before the pasta is done, throw 1 tbsp of butter into the cast iron and sear the shrimp. Get some good color on em and take off the heat.

  2. When pasta is tender, drain, add back to pot, mix in the Alfredo and shrimp. ⠀
    Add a salad, chiffonade about 4 leaves of basil and garnish on top.
