Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with butter or oil.
