- Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to distribute the spices evenly.
- Divide the seasoned beef mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Place the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook to your preferred level of doneness. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the patties.
