Keto Pizza Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened.
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups Parmesan cheese sliced.
  • ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 cup Asiago or Romano cheese or Parmesan or any mixture
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese sliced and distributed.
  • 3 cups low carb pizza sauce
  • Pizza toppings optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° grease 13 × 9 inch baking pan

2. In a food processor or with an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, 2 cups.

3. Parmesan, garlic, and oregano. Blend until the ingredient is well combined.

4. Sprinkle 1 cup Asiago (Parmesan or Romano cheese) and 1 cup mozzarella cheese under the greased baking pan. Pour the egg mix over cheese.

5. Bake for 30 minutes then, at that point, eliminate from the stove.

6. Spread with pizza sauce. Add pizza toppings if desired. Cover with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella. 7. Using a wool broiler at a height, brail a few inches from the heat elements until the top is brown and bubbly.

7. Let sit for a couple of moments prior to cutting.

Notice

To hide in the vegetables, I sometimes grind out the summer squash and take it out, and add it to the pizza crust. Kids never know it’s there!
