These salmon patties are a breeze to whip up! Just mix together canned or fresh salmon, eggs, garlic, salt, minced onions, parsley, and almond flour. Keto Salmon Patties

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of salmon (or fresh salmon, if preferred)
  • 2 eggs
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Minced onions
  • Parsley flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • Butter (for cooking)

Instructions:

  1. If using canned salmon, drain the liquid from the cans. If using fresh salmon, cook it and then flake it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon (whether canned or fresh) with the eggs, garlic powder, salt, minced onions, parsley flakes, and almond flour. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Heat some butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Form the salmon mixture into patties of your desired size and thickness.
  5. Once the butter is melted and the skillet is hot, place the salmon patties in the skillet. Cook them for a few minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
  7. Serve the salmon patties hot, garnished with your favorite keto-friendly sauce or condiment if desired.
