Low-Carb Chaffles
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (full-fat)
- 1 large egg
- Optional seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat your mini waffle maker according to its instructions.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl and mix well with the egg.
- If using, add your chosen seasonings to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Once the waffle maker is heated, lightly grease it with non-stick spray or a small amount of oil.
- Pour half of the mixture into the center of the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
