Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (boiled, baked, or rotisserie)
- 2.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Pepper Jack cheese
- 5 ounces cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces canned diced green chilies
- 10 low-carb flour tortillas

Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken:
- Prepare the chicken using your preferred method (boiling, baking, or using rotisserie chicken). Once cooked, shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Chicken and Cheese Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, 3/4 cup of shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese, garlic powder, and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
