Ingredients:

  • 2 Lavash Roll Slices (available at Walmart Deli or on Amazon)
  • Taco Meat (cooked and drained)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Salsa, for serving
  • Sour Cream, for serving
  • Avocado, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Lavash Rolls:
    • Lay out the Lavash Roll slices on a clean surface.
  3. Add Taco Filling:
    • Spoon the cooked and drained taco meat onto the Lavash slices, spreading it evenly but avoiding the edges.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the taco meat.
  4. Roll Up:
    • Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the Lavash slices with the taco filling inside.
  5. Slice and Arrange:
    • Cut the rolled-up Lavash into 2-3 inch pieces.
