Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dumpling dough by grating the zucchinis and squeezing out any excess moisture. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, almond flour, coconut flour, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape each portion into a small ball. These will be your dumplings.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dumplings are golden brown.
  11. Serve the keto apple dumplings warm, drizzled with the sauce from the baking dish.
