• 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes or until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese to the saucepan, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and stir until well combined.
  6. Add the cauliflower to the saucepan and stir until the cauliflower is coated with the cheese sauce.
  7. Transfer the cauliflower and cheese sauce mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
