𧑠Orange Creamsicle Sparkling Drink β Keto Style
Creamy, fizzy, refreshing, and super easy! It tastes like a creamy orange soda and makes a fun low-carb treat.
π₯€ Ingredients β 1 serving
- 1 can (12 oz / 355 ml) orange-flavored sparkling water, chilled and unsweetened
- 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- ΒΌ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Optional: keto-friendly sweetener, to taste
- Optional: 1β2 drops orange extract for a stronger orange flavor
- Orange slice or zest, for garnish
π©βπ³ Instructions
- Fill a glass with plenty of ice.
- Pour in the chilled orange sparkling water, leaving a little room at the top.
- Add the vanilla extract and sweetener, if using.
- Slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream.
- Gently stir for a few seconds. The cream will swirl beautifully through the sparkling water.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or orange flavor.
- Garnish with a little orange zest or a thin orange slice.
π Black Raspberry Version
Use black-raspberry flavored sparkling water instead of orange. Add vanilla and heavy cream the same way. For a dessert-like flavor, a tiny amount of keto-friendly sweetener works really well.
β Tips
- Keep everything very cold for the best flavor.
- Add the cream slowly to prevent excessive fizzing.
- Donβt shake the drink after adding cream.
- For fewer carbs, choose unsweetened, zero-sugar sparkling water and check the label on your cream and sweetener.
- Heavy cream is calorie-dense, so 1β2 tablespoons gives plenty of creaminess without needing a lot.
