🍫🌿 High-Protein Mint Marble Whip Fluff Jars

32g protein • ~5g net carbs • rich chocolate crunch • cool mint flavor

Creamy, fluffy, and refreshing, these individual dessert jars combine a cool mint protein whip with a rich dark-chocolate crunch layer. They’re perfect when you want something sweet and satisfying without a traditional high-sugar dessert.

Servings: 2 jars
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

🥘 Ingredients

Dark Chocolate Crunch Base

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped sugar-free dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1–2 tsp powdered monk-fruit/allulose sweetener
  • Pinch of salt

Mint Protein Marble Whip

  • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop (about 30 g) vanilla or chocolate whey protein isolate
  • 1–2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered allulose or monk fruit, to taste
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1–2 drops green food coloring for a mint-marble appearance

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the chocolate crunch

In a small bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, chopped dark chocolate, sweetener, and salt.

Add the melted butter or coconut oil and mix until the mixture resembles damp crumbs.

Set aside.

2. Make the protein whip

Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, protein powder, almond milk, peppermint extract, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time.

3. Create the chocolate marble

Transfer about ¼ of the mint mixture to a small bowl.

Mix the cocoa powder into this portion until smooth.

You now have a white/mint protein whip and a chocolate protein whip.

4. Layer the jars

Divide half of the chocolate crunch between two small jars.

Add a layer of the mint whip.

Spoon small amounts of the chocolate mixture over the mint layer.

Add another layer of mint whip, then gently swirl the top with a spoon or toothpick to create a marbled chocolate-mint effect.

Finish with the remaining chocolate crunch.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

For an even thicker, mousse-like texture, chill for 1–2 hours.

🍫 Optional Toppings

Keep them low-carb with:

  • A few sugar-free dark-chocolate shavings
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • A tiny drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • Crushed sugar-free chocolate chips

💪 Approximate Nutrition

Per jar, depending on the protein powder and exact ingredients:
