Cheesy Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set it aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
  4. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the Brussels sprouts start to brown.
  5. Once the Brussels sprouts are browned, sprinkle the cooked bacon over them.
