Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken breast (frozen can be used)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
  • Jalapeno powder to taste (optional)
  • Broccoli or your favorite vegetables (for serving)
  • Cauliflower rice (for serving)
  • Additional butter for cauliflower rice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crock-Pot:
    • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock-pot.
  2. Top with Cream Cheese, Butter, and Ranch Seasoning:
    • Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place it on top of the chicken.
    • Add tablespoons of butter evenly over the chicken and cream cheese.
    • Sprinkle the Ranch Seasoning evenly over the chicken and other ingredients.
    • If you like a bit of heat, add jalapeno powder to taste.
  3. Cook in the Crock-Pot:
    • Set the crock-pot to cook for 6 hours on a low setting or until the chicken is tender. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can cook it on the stove over very low heat, covered, until the chicken is tender.
