Bread Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Sriracha to taste (optional)

Filling Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Pemeal bacon
  • Onion, thinly sliced
  • Swiss cheese slices
  • Sriracha (for an extra kick)
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Mayonnaise

Instructions:

For the Waffle Bread:
  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, and optional sriracha. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour a portion of the mixture into the preheated waffle maker, spreading it evenly. Close the waffle maker and cook until the bread is golden brown and holds its shape.
