Keto Cheese Wrap with Turkey, Ham, and Lettuce

This quick and easy keto wrap provides a satisfying and flavorful low-carb alternative to traditional wraps. Feel free to customize the fillings and sauces to suit your taste preferences.

Ingredients:

  • Marble Cheese Wrap:
    • 2 cups shredded marble cheese (cheddar and mozzarella mix)
    • 1 tsp almond flour (for binding)
  • Filling:
    • 4-6 slices of turkey
    • 4-6 slices of ham
    • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • Sauces:
    • Mayonnaise
    • Mustard

Instructions:

For the Marble Cheese Wrap:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded marble cheese with almond flour. The almond flour helps to bind the cheese together.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin, even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  7. Carefully peel the cheese wrap from the parchment paper.

Assembling the Wrap:

  1. Lay the cheese wrap on a clean surface.
  2. On one half of the cheese wrap, arrange the slices of turkey and ham.
  3. Add a layer of shredded lettuce on top of the turkey and ham.
  4. Drizzle mayonnaise and mustard over the lettuce.
  5. Carefully fold the other half of the cheese wrap over the filling, creating a semi-circle.
  6. Press down gently to seal the edges of the wrap.
  7. Allow the wrap to set for a minute or two.
  8. Using a sharp knife, slice the wrap in half diagonally to create two halves.
