Ingredients:

  • 1 12oz bag of steam-in-bag cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • A shake or two of Texas Pete’s hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
  • A pinch of onion powder
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:

  1. Start by microwaving the 12oz bag of cauliflower for one minute longer than the package instructions suggest. This ensures the cauliflower is fully cooked.
  2. Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a blender.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
