Ingredients:
- 1 12oz bag of steam-in-bag cauliflower
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- A shake or two of Texas Pete’s hot sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
- A pinch of onion powder
- A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions:
- Start by microwaving the 12oz bag of cauliflower for one minute longer than the package instructions suggest. This ensures the cauliflower is fully cooked.
