Ingredients:

  • 3.5 oz (1/2 cup) salted butter
  • 4.5 oz (3/4 cup) Erythritol (SoNourished)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 oz (about 1/2 cup) sugar-free chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
