  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a warm pan, combine melted coconut oil, butter, cocoa powder, all-natural peanut butter, and Monk fruit sweetener. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Add the pecans and shredded coconut to the mixture in the pan. Stir until the pecans and coconut are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
  3. Continue heating the mixture on low heat, stirring consistently, until everything is well combined and heated through. Be careful not to overheat or burn the ingredients.
  4. Line a cookie sheet or use a tiny muffin pan.
