Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup creamy, unsalted low-carb peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered keto-approved sweetener (e.g., Swerve)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Low-carb chocolate for optional drizzling
- Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base:
- Line a mini muffin tin tray with mini baking cups. Alternatively, you can use a silicone mold for shaping the fat bombs.
2. Create the Peanut Butter Mixture:
- In a small saucepan (or you can use the microwave), combine the butter, heavy whipping cream, and peanut butter.
- Heat and stir the mixture until everything is well combined and melted. This should result in a smooth and creamy mixture.
3. Sweeten the Mixture:
- Remove the peanut butter mixture from the heat and stir in the powdered sweetener and salt. Ensure that the sweetener is fully incorporated into the mixture.
4. Prepare the Molds:
- If you’re using unsweetened coconut flakes, add a small amount to the bottom of each mini baking cup or silicone mold, just enough to cover the bottom.
5. Fill the Molds:
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture into the mini baking cups or silicone molds. Be sure not to overfill them.
6. Add Chopped Pecans:

7. Freeze:
