keto skillet cookie!

2 cups almond flour
• 3/4 cup sugar replacement of choice: swerve, monk fruit etc
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 salt
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
We mixed all dry ingredients… then added butter, egg, vanilla … MIXED IT ALL – then added the chocolate chips! We split it into 2 small 6 in. skillets
We baked it in a skillet at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown! We LOVED them!!
Approx 2 net carbs
