  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped pecans, melted butter, granulated sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar-free maple syrup. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Pour the pecan mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, and salt for the topping.
  5. Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until the topping resembles coarse crumbs.
