Free Keto Meal Plan Ingredients: For the casserole:
  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce (look for one with no added sugar)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Free Keto Meal Plan Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium-high heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pizza sauce, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the meat mixture evenly as the base of your casserole.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the meat.
  6. Layer the sliced pepperoni, black olives, and any other toppings you prefer on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  8. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.
  9. If you like, you can broil the casserole for a minute or two at the end to get the cheese on top nicely browned, but be sure to watch it closely to prevent burning.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Cut into slices and enjoy your keto pizza casserole!
