🫐 High-Protein Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

51g protein β€’ 1 serving β€’ No cooking required β€’ Ready in 5 minutes

This creamy, crunchy breakfast is simple, filling, and easy to customize. The combination of Greek yogurt, protein powder, berries, and cashews makes a satisfying meal that can keep you full for hours.

πŸ›’ Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt β€” plain or vanilla, preferably high-protein
  • 1 scoop protein powder β€” vanilla or your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup mixed berries β€” strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • ΒΌ cup raw cashews, roughly chopped
  • Optional:
    • Β½ tsp vanilla extract
    • Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp chia or ground flaxseed
    • A small drizzle of honey if extra sweetness is desired
    • Splash of milk if you prefer a thinner consistency

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Instructions

  1. Make the protein yogurt:
Add Greek yogurt to a bowl. Sprinkle in the protein powder and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust the texture:
If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons of milk at a time, stirring until you reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Add the berries:
Wash and dry your berries. Add them over the yogurt mixture. You can leave them whole or slice larger strawberries.
  4. Add the crunch:
Sprinkle the ΒΌ cup raw cashews over the top. Roughly chopping them gives you crunchy pieces throughout every bite.
  5. Finish and serve:
Add cinnamon, chia seeds, or a little vanilla if desired. Serve immediately.

πŸ’ͺ Protein

The original combination provides about 51g protein, but the exact amount will vary depending on the Greek yogurt and protein powder brands you use.

πŸ”„ Easy Variations

πŸ“ Berry Cheesecake Bowl:
Use vanilla protein powder, strawberries, and a little lemon zest.

🍫 Chocolate Berry Bowl:
Use chocolate protein powder and top with berries and chopped cashews.

πŸ₯œ Peanut Butter Bowl:
Add 1 tbsp peanut butter and use banana instead of some of the berries.

πŸ₯₯ Tropical Bowl:
Use vanilla protein powder with berries, a little unsweetened coconut, and cashews.

Meal-prep tip: Keep the yogurt/protein mixture and berries refrigerated, but add the cashews right before eating so they stay crunchy.
