Ingredients

  • 2 cans (13.5 oz each) unsweetened full-fat coconut milk, chilled
  • ¼ cup fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Coconut Base: Shake or whisk the chilled coconut milk until smooth and creamy. Pour it into a large glass punch bowl.

Add the Christmas Touch: Gently stir in half the shredded coconut and a few chopped cranberries to add a little festive color.

Make It Snowy: Sprinkle the remaining shredded coconut over the top and decorate with whole fresh cranberries for that beautiful snowy Christmas look.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, then stir gently and serve in pretty holiday glasses. Add ice if you prefer it extra cold.

Keto Tip: Always choose unsweetened coconut milk and shredded coconut. For a sweeter punch, you can add a little powdered monk fruit sweetener as an optional extra.

This is one of those simple Christmas recipes that looks beautiful on the holiday table without keeping you busy in the kitchen.
