🥨 Keto Cinnamon Pretzels

Soft, chewy, cheesy, and coated with warm cinnamon flavor! These low-carb pretzels are super easy to make and perfect when you’re craving a sweet keto-friendly treat. ❤️

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1–2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cinnamon Topping

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1–2 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the cheese: Add mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Make the dough: Add almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, and beaten egg to the melted cheese. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead: Allow the dough to cool slightly, then knead it with your hands until everything is evenly combined. If it becomes difficult to work with, warm it for a few seconds.
  5. Shape the pretzels: Divide the dough into portions. Roll each piece into a long rope and shape it into a pretzel.
  6. Bake: Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for approximately 12–16 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  7. Add the cinnamon topping: Brush the warm pretzels with melted butter. Mix cinnamon and keto-friendly sweetener, then sprinkle over the top.
  8. Cool and serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. They’ll firm up slightly as they cool.

💡 Tips

  • Coconut flour absorbs a lot of moisture, so avoid adding extra unless the dough is very sticky.
  • If the dough becomes too firm, gently warm it before shaping.
  • For the best texture, serve them warm.
  • Use a granulated keto-friendly sweetener for the cinnamon topping.

🥨 Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat briefly before serving.

Is this recipe keto? Yes, the ingredients are generally keto-friendly, though the exact net carbs will depend on the brands of almond flour, coconut flour, mozzarella, cream cheese, and sweetener you use.
