- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract β optional
- ΒΌ tsp baking powder β optional, for a little extra lift
- Pinch of cinnamon β optional
- Pinch of salt β optional

- Preheat your waffle maker according to its instructions. Lightly grease it if needed.
- Add the eggs and peanut butter to a bowl.
- Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt if using. Mix again.
- Let the batter sit for about 1 minute so the ingredients fully combine.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker. Donβt overfill, as the batter can spread while cooking.
- Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3β5 minutes, depending on your waffle maker.
- Check when the waffle is golden and set. If you prefer it crispier, cook for another 30β60 seconds.
- Carefully remove and serve immediately.
